GYS has specialised in the manufacture and marketing of welding equipment, battery chargers and car body repair solutions since 1964. Our company's mission is to provide our customers with products that meet their needs and specifications, whilst respecting our commitment to short delivery times and competitive prices.

Our customers' satisfaction, people's health and safety and environmental preservation are essential issues for GYS.

It is in the spirit of meeting these challenges that GYS is committed to maintaining a global approach to continuous improvement. In 2022, GYS is developing its Quality Management System into an integrated management system (QSE). Within this framework, our Quality, Safety and Environmental Policy will be based on eight fundamental principles:

• Ensuring the client's compliance with relevant standards ;
• Guaranteeing the customer consistent quality ;
• Using modern means of communication to promote dialogue with the various stakeholders (customers, suppliers and employees, etc.);
• Ensuring that production is optimised in order to achieve competitive prices and delivery times that meet customer requirements;
• Monitoring and reducing occupational accidents and illnesses ;
• Improving our company's energy efficiency ;
• Optimising waste management ;
• Reducing our paper consumption.

In order to achieve our ambitions, GYS will need to commit to promoting actions that will:

• Ensure compliance with the applicable legislation and regulations ;
• Provide customer satisfaction by offering quality products and services, guaranteeing their loyalty and trust ;
• Continuously assess and control the health and safety risks to our employees by implementing effective preventive measures ;
• Continuously evaluate and control the environmental impact of our operations, thereby reducing the consequent environmental impact ;
• Prevent pollution;
• Continuously improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System in order to safeguard the company in the context of changing markets.

As GYS' Chairman and CEO, I will ensure that the necessary human, financial, organisational and technical resources are made available to implement the Policy and achieve the set objectives.
